What is the return & exchange policy?Creations can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for any exchange or refund, the following conditions need to be met: • It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip. • The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified) • It is not a custom order or special order. • Merchandise under $15,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. • Merchandise $15,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $15,000. • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale.

How can I return my order?Kindly note the House accepts online returns via mail or in a boutique. Online orders and phone orders placed through Client Care Team are eligible for a refund if they are sent back within 14 days after delivery. Returned creations must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Products that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Return by mail using QR code: Start by clicking here and select return by mail. Kindly prepare the creations in the original presentation box and ensure they are in perfect condition with all their packaging and accessories. The box must be safely sealed with the security tape provided inside the box. Head to your nearby FedEx location and present your QR code. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary. To exchange your order, please reach out to our Client Care Team.

Can I exchange or return a gift?A client or a recipient of a gift from Alex Kard may return or exchange it within 14 days following delivery. The original purchaser is entitled to receive a full refund. If the gift recipient chooses to exchange their gift, the original purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the difference, should the gift recipient choose an Alex Kard creation of lesser value. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the gift recipient will be charged the difference in price.

When will I receive my refund?After you have initiated your Return Request, you will receive a Return Confirmation notification to the email used at purchase. All returns pass a quality assurance inspection. If approved, please allow up to 14 days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.

Domestic ShippingAll U.S. orders qualify for free shipping and require a signature upon receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I have my creation engraved?A selection of creations may be engraved. When engraving is available, it is indicated on the product page. Please note, engraved pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Can I adjust the size of my Alex Kard creation?To ensure a perfect fit, Alex Kard offers size adjustment services. This service is available for most of the creations, depending on their technical and aesthetic specifications.

How much does it cost to adjust a creation?Alex Kard offers adjustment service as a courtesy for 12 months after purchase.

How long does it take for the adjustment service to be completed?It takes up to 2 weeks for the adjustment service to be completed. Please note, each intervention lead time may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required.

Please note, any kind of work or alteration completed outside of our workshops risks damaging or altering the integrity of your creation.

How long is the repair intervention on an Alex Kard jewelry or timepiece creation?Each intervention lead time may vary depending on the complexity of the work required. Your advisor will be able to provide you with an estimated duration but the creation will always be closely examined by our experts in the workshops where a definite diagnosis, cost and duration will be established and submitted for your approval.

How can I be sure that my piece is a genuine Alex Kard creation?We recommend that you purchase your Alex Kard creation from our official website. Each creation comes with a certificate of authenticity. Currently, we are not providing authentication services.
